Maximum Capacity shows the Battery’s total charge capacity compared to the device’s original specifications.

During numerous cycles of charging and discharging, this value will steadily decrease.

The iPhone should still function properly, even with a shorter battery life. Generally speaking, Apple advises changing the Battery when it falls to 80% or less.

Peak Performance Capability indicates if your Battery can support the iPhone’s most demanding processing operations with enough juice remaining. Your goal should be average peak performance.

Suppose it indicates that your iPhone experienced an expected shutdown. In that case, it suggests that the system shut down because your Battery could not promptly provide the necessary power.

To stop such unplanned shutdowns, your iPhone will slow down and restrict its performance. To manually enable peak performance, disable this.

Performance management cannot be enabled again after it has been turned off. It is turned on by default following an unplanned shutdown.

When your Battery drops below a predetermined level (usually 80%), you will receive an alert indicating that the condition of your Battery has seriously declined.
